Licensing your ideas is a practice championed by Stephen Key. He’s done it. He has a course or something like that teaching other people to do it as well. The idea appealed to me, but the issue is that it’s just very difficult to actually accomplish. Therefore, I never really pursued it.
I did, however, at least try the practice of coming up with at least 10 ideas a day. If you do so, most of your ideas probably won’t be good or maybe someone else has already pursued it, but it’s still fun and it gets the creative juices flowing.
Although I’m probably not going to pursue licensing my ideas, I think it would be fun to post some of them sometimes. Be on the lookout sometime in the future.
