So I’ve been thinking about reading the book, Thinking in Bets by Annie Duke. It seems good from what I’ve heard about it already.
I decided to check out a few podcasts to see what they had to say about the book, at least summaries.
I came across one in which the host discussed one aspect of the book, which is the idea is to ask yourself if you’re willing to bet $10,000 on a decision. If not, then it’s likely that your decision should not be followed through. Ultimately, when making a decision, think about it in terms of probability; what is most likely to happen.
